$ync Financial Platforms, Inc. ("$ync," "we," "us") operates the $ync Financial Dashboard (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. When you connect a financial institution through Plaid or a similar aggregator, we receive account metadata, balances, and transaction data on your behalf. We do not receive or store your bank login credentials.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the Service — including displaying your balances, tracking bills, generating reports, and responding to questions you ask our AI assistant. We do not sell your personal information. We do not show ads.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.
Your Choices
